## Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and structurally sound Civil Engineer to

oversee and drive the civil construction packages of our water treatment and

pipeline infrastructure project in Perth. This role bridges the gap between

design and site execution, ensuring that all concrete, earthworks, and

structural elements are delivered safely, on time, and to strict technical

specifications.

### Key Responsibilities

* Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee civil site works, including bulk earthworks, detailed excavations, concrete pouring, piling, and pipeline laying.

* Technical Review: Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and method statements (MS) to identify constructability issues prior to execution.

* Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Implement quality control plans, manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), conduct site walk-downs, and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs).

* Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage civil subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project milestones, budgets, and safety standards.

* Progress Tracking: Forecast resource requirements, monitor daily site progress against the master schedule, and report directly to the Project Manager.

### Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia.

* Experience: 4–7 years of site engineering experience on major infrastructure, civil works, or water/utilities projects.

* Certifications: Valid White Card (General Construction Induction).

* Competencies: Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS), excellent problem-solving abilities, and robust stakeholder management skills.

* Location: Perth-based with the ability to work on-site as required.
