About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Lead Scheduler to support the successful delivery of complex water treatment and infrastructure projects in Sydney. The Lead Scheduler will play a critical role in project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting, ensuring all timelines are met across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to gather planning input and maintain schedule accuracy.

Lead the development of baseline schedules, monitor project progress, and forecast impacts due to scope changes or delays.

Provide critical path analysis, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans.

Prepare regular reports including dashboards, look-aheads, earned value analysis, and schedule risk assessments.

Conduct planning and scheduling workshops with stakeholders.

Ensure scheduling best practices and governance are followed across the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of scheduling experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior scheduling role.

Strong background in water treatment, wastewater, or related infrastructure projects.

Primavera Cloud (OPC) is essential.

Experience working in EPCM or client-side roles in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Solid understanding of project controls, earned value management, and risk analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Primavera P6/OPC certification (desirable).

Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Power BI, and scheduling databases.
