À propos du rôle :

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Projet "complet" pour piloter des projets de construction d'unités de traitement d'air et de gaz (LAB) de bout en bout. Ce rôle est destiné à un profil expert en ingénierie de détail, capable de transformer un schéma de principe en une installation industrielle réelle, avec une forte culture issue des grands projets (type Technip, Orano, Oil & Gas).

Vos missions principales :

Conception & Spécification de bout en bout : Vous suivez la construction de l’unité depuis les phases d'études jusqu'à la mise en service. Vous êtes responsable de la définition technique de l'ensemble de l'usine.

Ingénierie de Spécification (Packages) : Vous rédigez les cahiers des charges techniques (Datasheets) pour tous les équipements critiques : réacteurs, échangeurs thermiques, colonnes de traitement, pompes industrielles, vannes de régulation et instrumentation.

Alignement Technique : Vous gérez les appels d’offres, analysez les offres des fournisseurs et assurez l’alignement technique des équipements commandés.

Pilotage de l'Exécution : Vous coordonnez les interfaces entre les différents corps d'état et assurez la conformité entre les P&IDs et le montage final.

Conformité & Risques : Vous garantissez le respect des normes industrielles lourdes (ATEX, CE, DESP).

Profil recherché :

Formation : Ingénieur Bac+5 (Génie des Procédés, Chimie ou Mécanique).

Expérience : 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en Industrie de Process avec transformation de matière. Une expérience en société d'ingénierie (EPC/EPCM) est vivement privilégiée.

Expertise technique : Capacité démontrée à rédiger des spécifications techniques d'équipements complexes et à piloter des "packages" fournisseurs.

Culture : Rigueur méthodologique issue des secteurs exigeants (Oil & Gas, Nucléaire, Chimie lourde).

Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable.

Title: Industrial Project & Equipment Specification Engineer (M/F) – Process Industry (EPC)

About the Role:

We are seeking a comprehensive Project Engineer to lead Air & Gas Treatment (LAB) construction projects from inception to completion. This role is designed for an expert in detailed engineering who can translate conceptual designs into fully functional industrial plants, ideally possessing a background in large-scale EPC projects (e.g., Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Heavy Chemicals).

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Plant Construction: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design phases to final commissioning and start-up.

Equipment Specification (Package Management): Responsible for drafting technical specifications and Datasheets for all critical equipment: reactors, heat exchangers, scrubbers, industrial pumps, control valves, and instrumentation.

Technical Alignment: Manage the procurement process, conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE), and ensure the technical alignment of all supplied equipment.

Integration & Coordination: Manage interfaces between multiple engineering disciplines and ensure strict compliance between P&IDs and on-site assembly.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to heavy industry standards (ATEX, CE, PED).

Requirements:

Education: Master’s Degree in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in Process Industries involving material transformation. Experience within an engineering firm (EPC/EPCM) is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Proven track record in drafting complex equipment specifications and managing supplier technical packages.

Background: Strong methodological rigor acquired in demanding environments (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Nuclear).

Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
